How My Haven Started.

Since 2021.

Life on the farm taught me hard work and responsibility. I learned to appreciate the simple joys—like the taste of fresh milk, the warmth of the sun, and the laughter shared with family. Those days shaped who I am, instilling in me a deep love for nature and a connection to the land.

In addition to the cows, I raised a flock of chickens. I loved watching them peck around the yard, their feathers glistening in the sun. I would collect their eggs daily, marveling at the surprise of each colorful find. They always made me smile with their clucking and antics.

So now those skills have helped me now, to build my flock.

 A Little About Chooks.

Chooks (chickens) are curious, social, and hardy birds known for their friendly and sometimes quirky nature. They thrive in flocks and enjoy scratching the ground in search of food, making them great foragers. While some breeds are more independent, many chooks are affectionate and can even form bonds with their human caretakers. Their intelligence and strong pecking order make them fascinating to observe, and they can adapt to a variety of environments, from free-range farms to backyard coops. Overall, chooks are both delightful companions and valuable contributors to any family flocks.

100% spoilt Chookies.

All of my hens and roosters are regularly deliced and wormed to ensure optimal health and well-being. By maintaining a consistent health regimen, I ensure that my birds stay in peak condition, producing high-quality eggs and thriving in a safe, clean environment. Healthy chickens are happy chickens, and it’s my priority to provide them with the best care possible.
